Husband and I camped together for the first time when our oldest was a baby. We stayed in someone else's camper. It was... uh... not the greatest experience. Not because of the friends we were with or because of their camper. More because it wasn't our space and we were camping with a baby. The next spring, we got a new-to-us pop-up.
Eight years and 2 campers later, I decided to start a blog to keep track of our camping. So here we are.

- We live in mid-Michigan & good friends live in Ohio, that's where we camp the most
- We're state park junkies - we love the bigger campsites, the greater nature opportunities, & we spend most of our camping trips outside
- We do go to private campgrounds on occasion, usually with other people
- A Jayco Travel Trailer is our home away from home
- The kids are in elementary school, so our kid activities are geared toward that age group
- There is camping season and there is winter
