What you need:
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2/3 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 TBS lemon juice
- 1 TBS brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 or 2 tsp vinegar
- 1 TBS mustard
What to do:
Brown the ground beef, I do it in a big sauce pot. Drain excess fat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes. Serve on your favorite hamburger buns.
